All this information comes from the books Medical Medium by Anthony William.  Because there is so much information in the books, working with a coach who has read them multiple times and taken information in from his podcasts, facebook lives, etc. makes it easier to come up with a specific plan for you as well as the use of her own experience in working with the herbs, supplements, and foods.
